I am Paul Mc Carthy, data processor for CorkCBT @ info@corkcbt.ie : Mobile 00353 86 8045221. This website is hosted by Let's Host.ie according to Information Security Management Systems 27001 rules (ISO27001). This means that they follow ISO27001 standards regarding security for our servers and network.

 

Information is not shared with third parties. I use a third party to make structural changes to the website; this person has no access to client contact information.

 


As an Accredited practitioner of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists, which includes the Irish Association of Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapists I am bound by their standards of conduct, performance and ethics which state that "I must respect the confidentiality of service users: I must treat information about service users as confidential and use it only for the purposes for which they have provided it."

 

When I respond to your enquiry I will use a password protected email account. This email account has HyperText Transfer (HTTP) encryption.  I will only use your details for this purpose and will delete them in 14 days if no further contact is made. If you decide to go ahead with therapy. I will seek your informed consent regarding the legitimate processing of your data for the sole purpose of providing you with CBT
